Richard Blackwell wins Fulbright Scholarship
Richard Blackwell - a recent graduate and sessional academic at the School of Art - has won a Fulbright Postgraduate Scholarship to go to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago for two years to undertake a Masters in Fine Art.
